The IoCR develops comprehensive and inclusive strategies towards organisational resilience
The IoCR aims to establish resilience training standards by closely working with various educational institutions and scholars globally. This includes in-house apprenticeships, secondary colleges, and university degrees.
We believe that no one should be excluded from the resilience revolution. In all of its activities, educational and practical, the IoCR is committed to uncompromising inclusivity as a guiding value. As such the organisation will cultivate a culture of sensitivity toward students and professionals of all backgrounds and socioeconomic situation, with a special focus on embracing persons with special needs and learning difficulties.
The IoCR maintains constant contact with leading and trusted providers of resilience solutions, technological and other, and assists its member organisations in finding the right solutions for their specific needs.
